Steel has many characteristics that make it a great building material.  Steel resists corrosion and decay better than any other material.  It does not warp but stays straight and true preventing air leaks and costly energy loss.  In outward appearance, steel buildings can be indistinguishable from other kinds of buildings.  Steel can be recycled over and over again and still maintain its physical and chemical properties.  All steel framing contains 25% minimum of recycled steel.  On a broader scale 64% of aLL steel products on the market are recycled.  It meets or exceeds all seismic code design standards.  Furthermore, steel buildings are quick to construct and can be ordered so that they are ready to assemble upon arrival.
